PRIMARY AGEING

5-8 years in oak at the selected distilleries.

SECONDARY AGEING

6-12 months (depending on weather) post-blend ageing in French new oak casks heated by Bellevoye. This final ageing takes place in Bellevoye's cellars near Cognac.
